I just want to pull your attention to a new kind of barrier. Tarps.
They are perfect for one-time-only games. You can set them up in a flash, they can be packed into a fraction of their expanded size, they are incredibly light-weight and dont let any rounds get through them.
Plus the price is incredible. I can get 5′x6′ tarps for $0.98 each at a local store.
Just hang them by their knobs on the side, or use posts to do it.
Have fun,
Cullen Webb

A video of Our CYMA MP5 A4 Submachine gun!
Be sure to notice just how long the clip lasts without having to be re-wound.
Sounds child’ish, aye? But I promise that if you manage to organize this scenario you and your guest’s will be glad you did.
Play only at night.
It has a very simple back-ground story, that helps things get along. Ultimately a team of scientists have been working on the ultimate soldier, but something goes wrong. It turns on the scientists and everyone in the lab. The military takes over and orders the scientists to use a ’special weapon’ to destroy the ’super soldier’, but of course they dont want to, seeing as they spent the last decade trying to get it to work.
There are three teams, and here are the rules for each:
Military-
Scientists-
Super soldier-
To prepare for this game you should have the scientists dress in pure black with no lights on their guns. The Soldiers must have flashlights attached to their rifles, or glowsticks to their arms to give their position away( hey, its only fair when they get to respawn.)
Have one of the scientist hide the special weapon (Suggested to be a spring pistol.)
Super soldier hides on the field first, then the scientist who hides the weapon, followed by the rest. Then the timer starts and the Military moves in to find the special weapon.
Enjoy.
Good luck and God bless,
Cullen Webb

Everyone knows capture the flag; run to the other base, steal the flag, run back, win.
But to make things more difficult, you can have one flag, two
(or more) teams. Simple, and intense.
Start the game off with a half-way fortified base for each team. Place the flag in the center and make sure it will give cover to those who manage to run up to it quickly. The game ends when someone grabs the flag, and carries it back to their own base. The hardest part is getting to the flag.
Suggested rules:
An alternate way, and much more difficult and time consuming method of playing this, is to have the game end only when a team carries the flag to the OPPOSING teams base, not their own. This is a painful and very tactical switch to the game.
Re-spawns are optional in this game, and highly suggested if you have less than 30 players.
Have fun,
Cullen Webb

Reading this blog you will find very helpful information about the sport of airsoft. I have hosted a field and spoken with people who host their own games as well. The posts you read will inform you of new scenario's, barrier/bunkers, as well as video reviews.
